This specific programme is for Middle and Senior Management.

The programme focuses on 3 main key themes:

• Advanced Interpersonal Skills

This is vital for networking, influencing and getting results through others.
Learn how to build rapport effortlessly, understand how to communicate to get the best out of everyone you meet.

• Self-Awareness

Understand your own and other peoples motivational value system when things are going well and when you/they face conflict or opposition. Understand your role as a team player. Receive 360 feedback from your peers. Learn about your preferred learning style and that of others. Receive your management style feedback.

• Building High Performance Teams

Learn about your own team’s needs and receive feedback on you management and leadership style. Discover what it takes to build, motivate and inspire not only the teams that you are responsible for but also the other teams in your department/organisation.

The 3 themes above can be integrated with any of the modules from the “First Time Leadership” programme.

Management Training Programmes

This programme concentrates on providing a consistent approach to the day to day management of your company and the way that your managers interact with your staff.

There can be nothing worse than inconsistent practises and inconsistent approaches.

The aim of this programme is to eradicate Spanish customs and to give all attendees a good grounding in management practises.

Next Steps

The course content can either follow something similar to the above, or be tailored to your exact requirements at no extra charge. The duration of the course can be flexible depending on what you would like the course to cover and what your objectives are - the choice is yours!

Whilst Sean will organise training for as many delegates as you wish, he recommends that the number of attendees do not exceed 10. This ensures that EVERY delegate receives personal attention.
